Shipping policy

Pre-Order items will ship once we receive the order, inspect the items for damage, and repackage.  Depending on where the order is coming from, this could take up to 30 days or longer.  All listings will reflect this information.  We do our best to source products within the United States for faster service.

Once product is in hand, your order will ship within 3 business days.  This takes into account our work schedules and time to properly package your order for safest shipping, especially for fragile items.

In the event that we are out of town for a period of time, we will contact you to let you know when we will be able to ship your order for you.

Insurance is an upgrade option for your order.  Insurance does not protect your order from being misplaced at delivery.  It only protects your order in transit and damage in transit so to ensure the safest delivery, especially during holiday seasons, it is best to have us ship to an office or a UPS store / PO Box environment where someone can take possession of your package for you until you can retrieve it.
